Both Tamzin and Ruby have shown outstanding hard work, dedication and commitment over the past month, particularly through their involvement in our recent employee training video project.
This project has involved a lot of time, planning, organisation and teamwork to ensure we create useful and informative training materials for our cleaning operatives. From helping to organise the filming and preparing the content to supporting the process throughout, both Tamzin and Ruby have played an important role in bringing these videos to life.
These training videos will be a valuable resource for our team, helping both new and existing employees understand our cleaning procedures, maintain our high standards and feel confident in their roles.
Alongside their hard work on this project, both have continued to provide fantastic support across the business, always showing a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. Their dedication, teamwork and commitment to supporting their colleagues have certainly not gone unnoticed.
It's important to us that we recognise the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, and Tamzin and Ruby are great examples of how everyone plays an important part in keeping our business running smoothly.
