At ServiceMaster Clean CS Mid Anglia & Norfolk, our people are at the heart of everything we do. While our teams work tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver high standards for our customers every day, it is important to take the time to recognise those who go above and beyond in their roles.
We are delighted to celebrate two very deserving Employee of the Month award winners from the end of last year.
November Employee of the Month
Marissa Barsby Office Administrator
Marissa was awarded Employee of the Month for November in recognition of her consistent commitment to our customers and her exceptional support across the business. As our Office Administrator, Marissa plays a vital role in keeping day to day operations running smoothly, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and that both customers and colleagues receive the support they need.
Marissa is known for her attention to detail, reliability and willingness to go the extra mile, often quietly working behind the scenes to make sure everything is in order. While she is a little camera shy and preferred not to have a photo taken on the day, she was of course presented with her certificate, badge of honour and a well deserved Costa voucher as a thank you for her hard work.
December Employee of the Month
Sonia Cambridge Area Manager
December’s Employee of the Month award was presented to Sonia in recognition of her outstanding leadership during one of the most challenging periods of the year. Managing commercial cleaning operations around Christmas can be particularly demanding, with sickness, last minute changes and increased pressure across multiple sites.
Throughout December, Sonia handled every difficult situation with professionalism, resilience and a calm approach, supporting both our cleaning teams and our customers when it mattered most. Her dedication and ability to keep services running smoothly during a busy festive period truly stood out.
Sonia was presented with her certificate, badge of honour and a Starbucks gift card as a small token of appreciation for the huge effort she put in during the month.
