Carol Palfrey, who has reached a remarkable milestone:

Carol joined the ServiceMaster CS family in 2017, and from the very beginning she has consistently gone above and beyond in her role. Known for her reliability, attention to detail and friendly, approachable nature, Carol quickly became a valued and respected part of our team. Whether she is supporting clients on-site, assisting colleagues or simply brightening the workplace with her positive attitude, Carol makes a genuine and lasting impact.
To mark this achievement, Carol was recently presented with a
7-Year Badge of Honour. The badge is a symbol of our appreciation for her dedication, loyalty and outstanding contributions over the years. The award was presented in a warm and informal ceremony at one of our service locations, where Carol was celebrated by her colleagues and managers.
